Kim Kardashian's "Look At My Eyes" Instagram Pictures

Kim Kardashian appears to have given up on baby body Instagram pictures, instead spending last night on a 'look at my eyes' upload fest. Posing in four different ensembles JUST for each different eye colour, pregnant Kim struck a few poses wearing different coloured contact lenses.

She tweeted the snaps one by one with the titles 'blue', 'light blue', 'aqua' and 'green' - which all pretty much looked the same, except 'aqua' (first pic), which looked freaky. The 32-year-old has bailed from posting her usual body shots since falling preggers, instead uploading old images from skinnier times.

But after fans got confused about dates over a snap of her sipping alcohol, she appears to have replaced the 'old pics' obsession with a 'head shots' one. Putting on her best pout, Kim manages to pull the exact same pose in every snap, nailing the celeb 'selfie'.
Kim has apparently gained 4 stone during her pregnancy and is "freaking out" about gaining more weight now that she has been warned off going to the gym.
