 Lil' Kim showed off her shocking new transformation, rendering her almost unrecognisable, during a night out in West Hollywood earlier this week.

 The 38-year-old rapper continued to show off her new look while shooting a music video with protege Tiffany Foxx that features a cameo from Miley Cyrus.

The trio filmed for Foxx's new single 'Twisted' at a private residence in the Hollywood Hills.
