A designer has created a pair of diamond encrusted shoes he says are inspired by the Rolls-Royce Phantom - and has put the resulting footwear on sale for £3,490.
Chris Lu, from China, says the aesthetic of the gold-coloured shoes, which boast a toe-cap in the form of the fender of the luxury car, was informed by the design of Rolls-Royce's most famous model.
The glittering footwear, currently on sale in Guangzhou, in the Guangdong Province, is poised to be entered into the Guinness Book Of Records as being the high heels with the highest number of diamonds decorating them.
The shopping centre where the shoes are on sale has put an enormous 1.8m version of the heel on show for customers to get a better look at the intricate design.
