The stripped down video sees her give a raw tear-jerking performance with no make-up and no special effects to compliment the deep meaning behind the track.
The promo has been released in two versions one where Mikky Ekko also appears sat in the same bathroom and another uncut version which was shot all in one take and just focuses on Rihanna's face as she struggles to maintain her composure whilst dwelling on her thoughts.
The star tweeted links to both of the videos and her fans instantly flooded her with compliments.
