Kim Kardashian is likely to still be married to Kris Humphries when she gives birth to her baby with Kanye West.

Their divorce is being held up while Kim contests Kris' claims that their 72-day marriage was a fraud.

So unless the reality TV star succumbs, their tricky battle will continue until the summer at the earliest.

Divorce lawyers are reportedly aiming to set a trial date for February 15 - however because of Kris’ basketball schedule, the earliest date that a trial could actually begin is June.

That's when three months-pregnant Kim is due.
