Kim Kardashed My Business Hopes

A British mum is at war with the kardashians claming they have taken her product name for their new range of cosmetics.

Jay Willey from Harrogate, claims her company sent examples of their Kroma Beauty Product range to the Hardashian family's make-up artist 18 months ago in the hope that sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney would endorse the products.

The sisters have now launched their own product under the similar name of KHROMA with the same front as ours on their packaging says Jay

Jay, who runs Kroma's European arm, is joining forces with the American founding company, which has been trading since 2004, to battle the reality stars through the US courts.

To confuse matters even more, another American company, Chroma Makeup Studio, which has been around for 12 years, has also threatened the Kardashian with laesuit if they dont change their name. The company's founders have even put a notice on their website distancing themselves from the Kardashians'product.

The Kardashians spokeman said: Boldface has gone through the appropriate legal channels in obtaining the rights to use the name Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim and Khloe, making all proper legal filings.

"We do not believe that there is any likelihood of confusion between Khroma Beauty by the sisters and any other entity, given that it is clearly marketed together with the famous Kardashian brand name".
