After a Thanksgiving brawl leaving both parties bruised and bloody, Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry, and Olivier Martinez have reached a settlement.
According to TMZ, in a bizarre message to the media, the "Cloud Atlas" star's attorney Blair Berk exited the courtroom and held up a handwritten sign that said, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
The statement was approved by both Halle and Gabriel's attorney, Shawn Holley. Though the 46-year-old actress and her French fiancée were not in court, Gabriel did appear, wearing sunglasses to hide the bruises.
Though the fight may be settled, there still may be bitterness over the recent court slap-down of Halle's request to move with daughter Nahla to France.
